Holy Week – Page 3 – Grow Christians

Our Holy Week family traditions vary from year to year.

Hope is the word I’m clinging to during this Lent.

March brings Lent to a close, which means it’s time to plan the Easter basket and figure out Holy Week at home.

As a mother, I teach my children about the resurrection. And also – my daughter teaches me.

Even though Mark, Peter and Paul were direct followers of Jesus Christ, they had issues. The light of Christ still shone though.

Is even Judas included in the love of God?

I taught my chapel kids the Lord’s Prayer. They taught me that I am still and always learning prayer.

Palm crosses are an outward and visible sign of the triumph of sacrifice and love.

As our family began to follow the rhythm of the church calendar, I realized that all traditions start somewhere.

Spending Holy Week with my young children has been an unexpected blessing. Our traditions help us grow together as Christians.
